Refund Policy

Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable. Free plans have no charge.

If you were charged in error, or experience a documented Service outage preventing use for a material portion of a paid period, contact epichtechai@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge. We may issue prorated credits or refunds at our discretion.

You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Annual plans are not partially refundable after the cooling-off period required by applicable local law (if any).

Please contact support before filing a chargeback so we can resolve issues quickly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination.
