Terms of Service

By accessing or using Media Stitch ("Service"), operated by Epic Tech AI ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is a software-as-a-service platform that helps users upload, organize, analyze, stitch, and export media (video, audio, and images) into seamless narratives using automated and AI-assisted tools.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at epichtechai@gmail.com of any unauthorized use.

You retain all ownership rights in media and content you upload (“User Content”). You grant Company a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transcode, analyze, and display User Content solely to provide and improve the Service (including AI scene analysis and stitch rendering).

You represent that you have all rights necessary to upload User Content and that it does not infringe third-party rights or violate law.

Scene Director and related AI features generate suggestions, scene structures, edit decision lists, and automated edits. Outputs may be imperfect. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving final exports before commercial or public use.

AI processing may use third-party model providers under our configuration (including xAI/SpaceXAI when enabled). Do not upload content you are not authorized to process with automated systems.

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited uses include illegal content, infringement, malware, attempts to reverse-engineer the Service beyond applicable law, and abuse of infrastructure.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our Refund Policy. We may change prices with notice for subsequent billing periods.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of features.

The Service, including software, branding, UI, and documentation, is owned by Epic Tech AI and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks (including “Media Stitch”) except as needed to identify your use of the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that stitches will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for theatrical distribution without your review.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or risk to the Service. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends; provisions that by nature should survive will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
